| Get a Subset of the Similarity Data | Trims the all-versus-all comparison data to a desired subset using conditional statements. Also includes the ability to compare predicted functional classifications versus the actual classifications for a particular chain. |
| Get Information on a Particular Chain | Print functional classifications and similarity results for a particular chain. |
| Get Cluster Information | Show the results of clustering by the given method (Carbo or DCT) into a particular number of clusters. Shows significant P-values for functional classifciations in EC, ChEBI, and GO for each cluster. |
| Chains Used in this Comparison | Return a list of all chains used in this comparison study, along with corresponding classifications from several databases. |
